The aim of the conference

·   To create an environment for scientific discussions on the protection, actual problems and development priorities of the Armenian Highland’s historical–cultural heritage.

·  To introduce the Armenian Highland’s historical–cultural heritage emphasizing its role in the system of the formation and development of the region’s historical processes.

·  To contribute to the further strengthening and expansion of scientific and practical links among the specialists of different spheres of Historiology and Armenology.

·  To develop scientifically grounded approaches corresponding to the contemporary challenges for the preparation of a joint plan of actions and strategic programs.
